The Diligence Program is the foundation and starting point of the BioStrategy Partners service process. The Diligence Program assesses the state of the business or technology concept to optimize business planning and start-up business development services tailored to the needs of the entrepreneur and the company.

All applicants are required to complete an application form. Eligible applicants participate in a formal Diligence Review conducted by a panel of business, legal, financial and technical experts selected for their expertise in the company’s business area and their ability to address the company's specific needs. Each participating company receives a formal, detailed report summarizing the Diligence Panel’s business advice and/or technical recommendations.

Based on the Diligence Panel Recommendations, the company may be introduced to members of BioStrategy Partners network of service providers. These service providers include business, financial, legal and technology professionals who work with young companies and inexperienced CEOs on a low-cost, high-quality basis. Compensation arrangements vary, but in all cases are geared to the reality of pre-revenue companies. 

Selected companies may receive additional services through the Corporate Development Program, which offers a higher level of ”hands-on” assistance and management training.
