BioStrategy Partners is a not-for-profit organization that does not take equity. We rely upon grants, sponsorships, fees, and earned income to support our operations.

What we do:

Our Diligence Program convenes customized panels of business and technical subject matter experts to assess each company’s business and technology concept and provides the company with a detailed report of its recommendations. As appropriate, we will introduce companies to members of our "bench" of independent, professional service providers to meet specific company needs.

Our Corporate Development Program offers "hands-on" assistance and management training to eligible companies. We provide Mentors, Experts, Partners and other service providers to assist the company in achieving business and technical goals set out in a formal, milestone-based Development Plan. Services are provided through grants and direct compensation to the service providers.

Our Commercialization Germinator is for university research projects that are too early for licensing or company formation. We have created a structure through which an outside advisory team provides the feedback and expertise of a strategic/scientific advisory board - without the overhead of starting a company, executing a license, etc. The technology transfer office gets focused research results and market feedback, putting it in a much stronger position to pursue various licensing options.

Our Practical Knowledge Series is a "practical and tactical" educational program available free of charge to Keystone Innovation Zone Companies in southeastern Pennsylvania, companies in the Corporate Development Program, and at a reduced fee for BioStrategy Partners members.

Our Life Sciences Leadership Forum is a business-building and networking series for eligible scientific founders and first-time entrepreneurs
