KIZ Company Eligibility and the BioLaunch611+ KIZ Territory

The BioLaunch611+ KIZ territory includes parts of the tri-county Bucks-Montgomery-Philadelphia region, south and east of Route 202 in Bucks and Montgomery Counties and north and west of Girard and Lancaster Avenues in Philadelphia County 

Companies eligible for KIZ services are: 

• in business for less than eight years
• located in the KIZ territory
• operating in the life sciences industry sector

The KIZ boundaries are any address south or east of Route 202 in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, and north of Girard and Lancaster Avenues in Philadelphia County. If a property is located on the north or west side of Route 202, it is not in the KIZ. If it is located south or west of Girard or Lancaster Avenues in Philadelphia, it is not in the KIZ. The easiest way to check a specific address is to go to Google maps, type in the address, magnify the resulting map and see if the property is on the correct side of the boundaries.
